Low Quantity 100 - 5,000 items: 1-3 business days

Decoration Method
Full color digital print process using only FDA-approved, soy-based, food-safe ink with no water, solvents, or harsh chemicals, ensuring safety for both consumers and the environment, and providing the most vivid and finely detailed custom imprint available.

Payment Terms
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Company check, Purchase Order (subject to credit approval prior to acceptance). Credit cards are charged when order is shipped to ensure freight cost billing accuracy. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing before production begins. To cancel during production, the customer will be billed for the cost incurred for labor and materials plus $25.00 cancellation fee/order.

Rush Orders
24-Hour expedited service is available for $75(X) per order as long as the artwork and purchase order is received by 12:00 PM EST on the business day prior to shipment.

Re-orders
Please reference previous purchase order number when placing an exact reorder.  There are no setup charges as long as the artwork remains the same as the previous order.

SAMPLES, PROOFS, LOGO USAGE

Free samples are available upon request be contacting sales@blackboxnapkins.com.

Electronic Proofs
If requested, electronic proofs will be sent within 24-48 hours following receipt of usable artwork. Once a proof is approved, or if a waive proof is requested, customer is responsible for art and layout.   

Waived Proofs
If a waived proof is requested the art must comply with our Art Guidelines or the proof will not be waived. Some disclaimers may apply.

Press Proofs/Spec Samples  
Actual printed products can be provided for a charge of $60(X) as a press proof prior to production.  Twelve samples will be mailed to the customer and actual production will begin 5 days after approval is received.  If there are no changes to the artwork, no additional setup charges will apply.

Logo/Art Usage
Art imprinted on our products for viewing on our website, SAGE Online or SAGE Web should be considered as an example of the quality of Black Box Napkins digital imprints and does not represent an endorsement of those brands or an exact photographic reproduction of the printed item.

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping
UPS Ground is the standard shipping method. Please specify alternative when placing order.  If third party billing is required for a shipment(s), a $7.50 handling fee will be charged for each location shipped.

All ship-to addresses, special packaging or labeling information, and other shipping information must be supplied during order placement.  A change in shipping information must be made no later than 48 hours in advance of the ship date. Same-day ship instruction changes may not be an option. Final shipping rates may differ from our freight calculators estimated rates and we are not responsible for differences. Please contact us with shipping questions.  

International Shipping  
Third party billing will be required for all international shipments and all duties, taxes, fees and rate quotes are the responsibility of the third party.   A $7.50 handling fee will be charged for each location shipped.
